Finning focus on integration at Hillhead 2018

The biggest plant and machinery show in the UK this year, Hillhead, opens its doors today (Tuesday) and as ever there promises to be plenty to see and do at the famous Hillhead Quarry near Buxton.

This year’s event will be the largest ever, 10% larger in fact according to the organisers, with 525 companies all taking space across the showground which covers an area of around 140,000m². Visitors are first treated to the awesome view from the viewing point high up at the top of the quarry where they can see the vast array of machinery that is waiting for them below, its something that never ceases to take my breath away!

Following a wet Hillhead event two years ago, this year according to the weather forecast, is set to be a scorcher, so please go prepared with sunscreen, keep yourself hydrated and pick up a baseball cap to protect the head as when its hot down in the quarry, it’s very hot!
