LiuGong is the star in TV talent show (Blog Post Re-Visited)

While I was away on holiday I came across yet another stunt video doing the rounds on social media. Similar to the many we have posted from the German Wetten Das show, this footage comes from the Chinese equivalent of Britain’s Got Talent.

LiuGong is the star in TV talent show (Blog Post Re-Visited)
The star of this latest footage is LiuGong’s new wheeled loader offering the 856H, which was penned by a British design team headed by leading machinery designer Gary Major. The stylish looking machine was displayed at both Intermat and Plantworx shows earlier in the year. In this stunt the operator has to set up the wheeled loader on two wheels in a “wheelie” style as he reverses up the ramp with a live flame attached to the rear end of his machine and attempts to light a touch paper some 7 metres high. It’s all nail biting stuff as the operator takes numerous attempts at the task in hand, whilst trying to maintain the balance and direction of the machine, does he manage it? Check out the video and see for yourself.
I think it’s fair to point out that this is not the first time this particular stunt has been performed, in fact as far back as 2009 the stunt featured in the German Wetten Das show itself but on that occasion the chosen brand of wheeled loader came from the Liebherr stable.
