Molson expands with Thwaites

Molson Group has announced further expansion of its Thwaites Dumpers dealership to now include the Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders regions.

Following on from its successful appointment in January as dealers for the North East of England, the UK dumper manufacturer approached the multi-brand dealership with a view to expanding its coverage across southern Scotland and the Borders to bridge the gap to the Molson Young Plant Sales area and the rest of Scotland.

“We have been working alongside the Molson Young team in Scotland for many years with great success,” Thwaites Distribution Manager (North) Will Redman commented. “Their recent appointment in the North East has brought a marked increase in success for the brand in both terms of sales and backup, and on the back of this, we believe this can be replicated across this new territory. Over the years, we have seen their dedication and depth of industry experience deliver unparalleled levels of customer service, which is very important to our brand.”

New territory
The new territory will be fulfilled by the Molson Young Plant Sales division, but will see the company call on their extensive regional depot network to deliver the highest levels of aftercare to both new and existing customers of the brand. With strategically located depots holding large volumes of spare parts and a vast network of fully trained field service engineers, customers can be confident they will receive the highest standards of after-sales service.
