I was recently in Wales visiting a pair of Doosan & Steelwrist customers for a future article in Earthmovers Magazine, what really struck me was the passion these guys had for their chosen brand.

The choice of tiltrotator is fiercely contested in the UK, probably more than anywhere else in the world to be fair, with many end users appearing to have their own favoured brand of the Swedish game changing attachments. As with many aspects of our industry it often boils down to a people game. The old saying “people buy from people” is very true and many build on those relationships which have been forged over the years. From my chats with Mason Bros customers Neville Davies and Ashley Harden it was clear that they both have massive respect for “Mr Steelwrist” in the UK, Pat Bulcock, as you will read in my article both agreed that the man is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and at the end of the day that is crucial to good and long-standing working relationships. This promotional video from Steelwrist gives a great insight into what makes the company tick and what drives them on in the pursuit of tiltrotator excellence.
The really rewarding thing for me personally is the current trend in up take of the systems in the UK, something I've been pushing, for a long time, I really don't care if they are yellow, green, red , blue, or pink with yellow spots! But at the end of the day its great to see so many getting the concept.
