Sunward Europe to showcase electric models at Intermat

Intermat 2024 takes place at the Paris-Nord-Villepinte exhibition centre in just over 2 weeks’ time and Sunward Europe will be showcasing 12 new models and four electric excavators on their stand 5a G002.

Intermat runs from 24-27^th April and the Digger Man Blog will be attending for the first time since 2015, which was our last visit to the Parisian machinery fest.

Sunward Europe CEO Arnaud Berthier told us about their plans for Intermat, "We will be bringing 26 machines to the stand this year showcasing new models, including our new electric one tonne SWE 10FED mini excavator and 6 tonne SWE 60UFED compact excavator”.

We are looking forward to taking a look around those two new electric models at the event, and also being reunited with the 24-tonne electric powered model the SWE 240FED, that I was fortunate enough to spend some time on late last year during a visit to the manufacturer’s European hub in Belgium.

Talking all things electric, there will also be a chance to take a look around the all-electric SWSL 0807AC-A scissor lift.

And as if that isn’t enough to wet your appetite, the company will also be launching a new compact wheeled loader range. The machines will include the SL 10W and SL 06W models which will be making their European debut at the show. The new upgraded 22 tonne SWE 215F model will also be presented, along with the 15 ton short-radius SWE 155UF and the wheeled SWE 155FW. All three machines are Cummins powered and meet EU Stage V emission regulations.
