Swedish revolution on the American market continues

Swedish tiltrotator manufacturer Engcon is continuing its assault on the American market with a number of high profile social media end users investing in the game changing attachments.

Swedish revolution on the American market continues
It’s incredible really that for such a technologically advanced nation American attitudes to excavator attachments still lag behind many other countries. For decades the thumb attachment has been king in the States, which although effective at what it does, is still a very low tech device. But now, just as we have seen in the UK over the past 2-3 years, people are beginning to get the concept of tiltrotators and just how much more productive and less dependent on any additional labour these tools can make you and your machine. The latest machinery related social media phenomenon to join the ranks of tiltrotator ownership is “The Dirt Ninja” who works in and around Londonderry, New Hampshire. This guy has a massive following on You Tube where he posts videos of the work he is doing and interesting walkaround videos of various products that he is trialling out. His latest addition is an Engcon EC226 unit which is pretty much an all singing all dancing affair. He recently posted this walkaround video which in some ways is a bit like an idiots guide to tiltrotators, but having said that it is great piece for people who are new to the concept to get an idea and a flavour for them.
We respectfully thank The Dirt Ninja for the use of his material here on the Digger Man Blog.
