500 Hour Service, no problem I’ll send out the wife!

JCB owner operator Julian from Romania is producing some interesting videos on his Metronix JCB You Tube channel and I liked this one over the weekend.

Julian is clearly a guy who likes to look after his British built JCB 3CX both cosmetically and from a maintenance perspective. Like all responsible owners he services the machine on a regular basis and every 500 hours they replace the filters and oils as per the service specification.

On this particular occasion the mechanic performing the service turns out to be Julian’s wife! Whether it was scripted or not, it has to be said, she certainly looked like she knew what she was doing, but I was very nervous watching those fingernails, not the most practical things when performing such a task!
