A Bedtime Story for Cat Fans Young & Old

For many of us, construction machinery has played a major part of our lives from a very young age, it was certainly the case for me as a young boy growing up with a father who was a machine operator, and my bedroom walls reflected that, where most youngsters had posters of footballers or pop stars, I had posters of machines from the likes of Caterpillar and JCB!

Today’s youngsters have far more media options to enjoy, with social media platforms, and construction machinery themed video games.

I was delighted to see the latest in the Cat Trial series of videos, Cat Trial 13, which has been inspired by the best-selling children’s book, “Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site”.

The video based on the original book, tells the story of Crane Truck, Cement Mixer, Dump Truck, Dozer and Excavator, all brought to life featuring Caterpillar products as they go about their work in the dirt on site.

As night falls and the machines “go to bed” Cat and Cat dealers go to work performing preventative maintenance, service and repairs.
