ALLU Innovation on display at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2023

For over 35 years Finnish attachment manufacturer ALLU has been one step ahead at the cutting edge in screening bucket technology and development, and during the ConExpo-Con/Agg exhibition, among a whole raft of products they showcased some of their latest innovative ideas.

The new ALLU VD (variable drum) screener bucket for example, enables the end user to quickly replace the fixed TS blades, a lot easier than on previous models, without the need to open up the chain-box on the side when the blades are replaced. This can result in significant time savings, with less down-time, saving not only time, but money too.

More innovation is noted in ALLU’s patented TS (top screen) construction and screening blades, which enable the end user to continue screening operations even when the material is wet or damp without fear of clogging up the blades.

ALLU say that it is possible to screen three different fragment sizes from the same ALLU unit by simply rearranging the screening combs.
