Case looks to trim up in the grader market

Visitor’s to Intermat in Paris later this year will get a first glimpse of two new motor grader offerings from Case Construction Equipment.

Case will be launching its C Series of motor graders to the European market at the biggest and most anticipated show of the year. The company will be offering two models in the 13 and 16 tonne classes which they describe as the culmination of more than 30 years of grader design. The new models will be available in 6x4 and 6x6 all-wheel drive variants and will feature the patented Hi-eSCR engine technology. This system has been developed by FPT Industrial and according to Case is the only solution on the market that meets Tier 4 Final standards with only Selective Catalytic Reduction and is said to offer multiple benefits in terms of performance, reliability and economy. These machines which bear a striking resemblance to the New Holland models are said to offer the operator exceptional controllability and a smooth ride with easy to use controls across the range. Its fair to say that the grader market in the UK is not large, but in many parts of central Europe, Africa, Australia, Middle East and North America, graders are still sold in decent volumes and with one major manufacturer recently leaving the grader market, this new range could do very well for Case.   Check out this teaser video from Case Construction Equipments You Tube channel.
