Compact Excavators for a Compact World

Liebherr’s Compact excavators are without doubt a class act and I was impressed to hear recently that Canadian Sean Coghlan of Shamrock Excavations has ordered himself a new 920 Compact model.

Sean’s 920 Compact which replaces his outgoing manufacturers machine will not be delivered until October and we expect it to be a rather special looking machine, with a full Engcon EC-Oil system and a Trimble 2D or 3D GPS system. We hope to be covering it here on the Digger Man Blog in due course, but at the moment Sean is renting the demo model and is very impressed with it so far.

While the Generation 8 excavators took centre stage on the Liebherr booth during Bauma 2019 in Munich, the Compact range was also well represented with the all-new 913 Compact which tips the scales at 13,600 - 15,300 kgs depending on specification, getting its first public appearance.
