CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE Looms on the Horizon

Its incredible to think that 3 years have passed since the last CONEXPO-CON/AGG took place in 2020, the event took place under the spectre of the rapidly spreading Covid-19 virus, and was indeed a victim of it, as the last day of the show was abandoned as people rushed to get home for the impending lockdown.

With the world now learning to live with the virus we are back to business and North America’s largest construction machinery trade fair returns once more for the 2023 edition which will open its doors in just 56 days’ time at its spiritual home of the Las Vegas Convention Centre, Las Vegas.

Organized by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) and running over 5 days, 14^th to 18^th March, the trade fair will host some 1,800 + exhibitors from no less than 27 different product categories, spread over 2.7 million square feet of exhibition floor space both indoors and outdoors.  

We expect to see much of the new equipment that we saw at Bauma in Munich last October, plus a whole lot more with equipment specifically aimed at the North American market, which definitely gives the show a different feel in terms of what is on display.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG also brings a lot of that all American razzamatazz to the proceedings which is always a lot of fun.

Its also a great opportunity for international networking and to meet up with some of the biggest names on the construction machinery social media circuit.
