Doosan to roll out new Dash-5 excavators in Paris

Doosan are promising a real treat for its loyal band of customers this April, when they officially launch the new Dash-5 range of excavators at Intermat 2015.

The latest generation of Doosan excavators have been designed to meet Stage 4 of European emission regulations. Some of these machines will be fitted with Scania engines but some models will still feature Doosan’s own power units. In addition to its DX255LC-5 and DX300LC-5 models, Doosan will also be displaying its new 36 tonne class DX340LC-5 and the 40 tonne class offering the DX380LC-5. This launch will be the company’s most significant product upgrade since the Dash-3 models were unveiled at Intermat 3 years ago. The company also tell us that a new 17 tonne class wheeled excavator, the DX170-5 will also be making an appearance. It will be interesting to get behind the controls of these latest offerings from the Korean giant, something I hope to be doing in the not too distant future. Intermat 2015 takes place in Paris from 20-25 April The Digger Man Blog thanks Grant Linton of Promac for the photos contained in this post.
