Duck Girl takes a busman’s holiday

Leading wheeled excavator specialist Aimee Pooley aka “Duck Girl” has been taking a working holiday in Wales operating another well-known rubber duck operators Liebherr while he takes a much deserved break.

Since returning from last winter’s working tour in Sweden Aimee has been plying her trade with ECL Civil Engineering in and around the Bedfordshire area, which is where she will be returning after this holiday cover period on Lister Gericke’s Liebherr 914 Compact comes to an end. Of course Aimee is well known for producing excellent in cab videos of her day to day work activities and as we have come to expect she has launched her latest video over the weekend. The latest footage shows Aimee in action on Lister’s Steelwrist tilt-rotator equipped machine along the Heads of the Valley road project.

Once again this video shows Aimee doing what she does best, displaying the many benefits of a "tilty" equipped wheeled excavator, a job she has such a deep passion for and is justifiably being rewarded for wherever she works. The footage is a real credit to her dedication to the job, which she sees as more of a craft and indeed a way of life.
