Hold Tight for a Fast Ride in the Snow!

As we head into winter, in many parts of the world, attention will be paid to the seasonal sports activities, like skiing.

Of course, its not always possible to make it up to the slopes for conventional downhill skiing, or sometimes the authorities have closed the slopes for safety reasons, that’s when people have to get creative for their skiing fix!

When Luke Kabbes of Lambton County, Southwestern Ontario, Canada, based Kabbes Excavation, fancied some fun in the snow, he came up with an ingenious way of getting some action, deploying his Kubota mini excavator to provide the power source to pull him around on the snow in the back yard.

With his short skis on, Luke secured a long cloth strop to the machine, and deployed his wife to the seat to operate the slew, all good fun and quite tiring on the legs and arms, I am sure. Have to be honest though, I wouldn’t mind a shot at this myself!
