It’s The Doe Show, But Not as we Know it

Normally at this time of year, we are making a pilgrimage across the country to Ulting in Essex to attend the annual Doe Show held within the grounds of the companies HQ, however due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, this year they like many others, they have had to turn to online media to still put on the event.

It’s The Doe Show, But Not as we Know it

The Doe Show has been held every year since its inception back in 1960, incredibly just a year before I was born! Generally held during the first week in February, the event draws in large crowds of people who are engaged and interested in agricultural kit, construction and ground care machinery and just about everything else besides.

Despite the show being held at an often bitterly cold time of year, there is always a great buzz around the show ground, at what is without a doubt the largest dealer held event in the UK.

In the video below Ernest Doe's Sales Director Graham Parker welcomes us to the Construction Zone.

So, for the 61st Doe Show the event has gone totally digital and actually went live last Monday on the 25th January. Such is the interest in the show that on the first day 10,000 people registered to attend online. You can find out more and register at doeshow.ernestdoe.com or view the online auction preview now at doeshow.cheffins.co.uk the online show continues until the end of play on February 4th February, so there is still time to grab yourself a bargain.

Ernest Doe is the longest serving Hyundai Construction Equipment dealers in the UK having first started selling the brand back in 1991. During that time, they have sold a lot of them, and that continues to this day, as apparently, they have already sold 20 machines in this first month of 2021 alone, so they are really flying out the gate!

Find out what Hyundai Regional Sales Manager Tony Reeves has to say in the video below.
