Plan to make America Dig Again
We hear a lot these days about the ever-growing skills crisis, especially in the UK where it’s becoming harder and harder for companies to source highly skilled plant operators, but by all accounts, it’s not just in the UK that this is a problem.
According to information leaked to the Digger Man Blog, President Trump has noticed that there is a massive heavy machinery operator skills shortage in the USA too and has realised that if he is ever to get his much talked about border wall constructed, he is going to have to do something about it. The big man was recently spotted checking out some new kit amid further rumours that he might also be considering venturing into the plant hire sector, so he can keep it all in house, the White House one would assume!
A leading industry insider also told us that the President is putting together the final few pages of his latest Executive Order, which sets out plans to form a heavy machinery operator’s training facility which would be based in Hollywood and a significant investment in machinery to in his words, “Make America Dig Again” the order is expected to be signed on 1st April 2019 if all goes to plan.
