Revolutionary New Dozer set to be revealed

We have known about this project for some time now but having seen some teaser images on LinkedIn it’s exciting to finally feel free to talk about.

I don’t have much detail, but apparently after 4 years of research and development work, Texas based American business Lumina, is set to launch a radical new 40-tonne class electric powered bulldozer to the market.

And they are not stopping there, as according to the companies CEO and founder Ahmed Shubber, this new dozer, will be followed by 100-tonne electric powered excavator and much more.

With an ambition to change the face of construction, Lumina are expected to officially reveal this new machine in the 3^rd quarter of this month.

I am looking forward to seeing this incredible development, as I am sure many construction machinery designers and engineers are too.

Hopefully we will get to find out more in due course and who knows, maybe even secure a feature in a future edition of Earthmovers Magazine!
