Sunshine and Machinery Deals done at Plantworx 2025
Fortunately, the weather was largely awesome for the latest edition of Plantworx, which took place last week at its new home of the Newark Showground.
While the Plantworx 2025 memories will fade, my feet are still reminding me that I racked up well over 14,000 steps every day, for the three days I attended the show, however, there is no rest for the wicked, because as you read this post this morning, I will already be back on a plane heading for France and an interesting assignment with our friends over at Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe.
It was great to meet up with so many friendly faces from the industry, and to “chew the cud” about all things machinery and the world in general, which was all pretty time consuming if I’m honest, but that is the joy of Plantworx, as we all come together at this must visit UK construction machinery show. There was a great vibe at the show, and many people on the stands we spoke to reported good business, with deals done and orders being taken.

I will be taking a look at some of my highlights from the show in a forthcoming edition of Earthmovers Magazine, but I just wanted to share a video compilation from the team at Rhinox Buckets who also visited the show, just to give a flavour of the event for those who didn’t make it there in person.

I’d just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who stopped me to say hello, and for the many kind comments about my work with Earthmovers Magazine, and on social media which has become a massive part of what I’m doing these days, your kind comments mean the world to me.
Already looking forward to meeting up again at the next Plantworx show in 2027.
