Takeuchi Ticks all the Boxes for J. Wyatt Clearing & Grading
Based in in the magical sounding Shady Dale in Georgia, USA, Justin Wyatt is a staunch supporter of the Takeuchi brand and runs a fleet of compact tracked loaders and mini excavators.
The most common comment we hear from Takeuchi end users is that they are just so reliable and when looked after and serviced in the correct manner, they rarely breakdown. It’s a testament to the quality of the Japanese products that are not only reliable but super smooth, comfortable to operate and powerful.
These qualities are echoed in Justin’s testimonial video at the bottom of this post, and he should know as he is currently running 6 x TL12 V2 compact tracked loaders, 1 x TB230, 1 x TB260 mini excavators and on the heavier side 1 x TB2150 off-set boom 15-tonne class hydraulic excavator.

Being Stateside based the compact tracked loader is as popular as ever, they use them a lot in the USA, much like we have our niche for site dumpers in the UK. One thing that always amazes me is just how much work these tracked loaders can turnout, incredible really especially in the right hands.
The units run by J. Wyatt Clearing and Grading spend much of their time on forestry floor clearing, and they run FAE mulching heads, considered by many to be the best in the business.
Below Justin explains how he uses his fleet of Takeuchi equipment in demanding, high-hour applications and how the support he receives from his local dealer Cowin Equipment helps keep his operation up and running—and his customers happy.
