Walkabout with Mecalac

Incredibly its nearly two weeks since we attended the exclusive Mecalac Social Media influencers dig day event, which was well received by those of us who were fortunate enough to be invited along on the day. Our friends over at Diggers and Dozers have produced another cracking walkaround video which gives us a brief insight into the machines which were showcased on the day.

I had spent the morning at Mecalac’s exclusive demonstration area in Warwickshire, where I was joined by the latest Instagram plant & machinery and product promoting sensation Conor the Digger Driver. We were invited to get hands on with the kit on a day that threw everything at us including, sun, rain and even hailstones. But nobody cared, as it was great to be out at one of these events again, after the long months of lockdown, had essentially put a halt to such gatherings.

Around lunch time the guys from Diggers and Dozers arrived and the man behind that hugely successful platform, film making genius Freddie Anthony, got to work along with his father Mark Anthony aka Demolition News.

Freddie has since produced a number of shorter video clips for the social media channels, but has also recently put together this longer video of the product walkaround with Mecalac’s Product Specialist Adam Phillips, which I thought would be great to share here on the Digger Man Blog.
