When Lord Muck met “Lord Potter”

Our good friend Kurt Mills aka Lord Muck on You Tube, recently attended the 62nd Doe Show and during his time there he caught up with a legend of the plant world and machinery demonstrating.

Held during the first week of February and quite often bitterly cold conditions, the Doe Show has been a firm favourite for the agricultural, construction and groundcare industries in the East of England ever since the show was first established in 1960.

The show which is held within the grounds of Doe’s headquarters in Ulting, Essex, always attracts large crowds, as locals and even visitors from far afield converge to see what’s new in the dealer’s portfolio of products, and to take advantage of special show price deals which have become a hallmark of the event.

It was while attending the show that Kurt bumped into the living legend that is Doug Potter, another good friend of mine and of this blog, who is probably most well known for his amazing showmanship on Hyundai excavators at the Doe Show and also during the SED Shows where he was directly employed by Hyundai Heavy Industries to promote their excavators to the extreme.
