Young owner/op goes GoPro
Keen readers of the Digger Man Blog will recall the blog we posted early in December last year, featuring young Robbie Buckley, a budding plant entrepanuer from Kelso in the Scottish Borders, well Robbie has been in touch again to show us his latest toy.
As mentioned previously Robbie was just 14 years old when he started hiring in mini excavators to work for his family at their horse stable development and since that day his work load has snowballed with almost every weekend being taken up performing excavation jobs for his family and friends with his JCB 8015 which still bears the colours of a well-known national hire company.
As part of his Christmas wish list Robbie received a GoPro camera, which are all the rage with the video buffs out there as they compete to get a different view on things. Robbie who clearly has embraced the power of the internet has posted a short video of himself in action with his machine and a dumper and has asked me if I would post it on the Digger Man Blog.
I am always happy to help promote up and coming young talent, which as we all know is much needed in our industry at the moment. Good luck with your future endeavours Robbie.
