Compliance Checking
With an initial soft launch at Plantworx, the CESAR Emissions Compliance Verification (ECV) scheme is due to launch later this year. Fixed alongside the standard CESAR security tag, the ECV tag, backed up by a scannable QR code, is aimed at those charged with monitoring compliance with Low Emission Zones, for instance in Central and Greater London. This provides a much easier way to identify which emissions standard a machine complies with, without having to attempt to read an engine plate buried somewhere in the engine bay.
