Doosan Infracore Engines rebrands as Hyundai Engine Division

Since 2015, Oxfordshire-based Marshall’s Industrial has been the official distributor of the Doosan industrial engines range for the British Isles and Republic of Ireland. Managing Director Robert Marshall cites the reliability, long life operation and second to none quality of these products as a key factor in the very successful partnership between the two companies.

But new signage is due to be installed at the company’s Wallingford site following a rebranding exercise that was completed at the end of March. After the integration of Doosan into the HD Hyundai Group in 2021, the board recently approved the transition to the new name of the holding company, now known as HD Hyundai Infracore.

“The rebranding of new production engines will commence in May and we are getting used to the fact that Doosan Infracore Engines are now known as Hyundai Industrial Engines and are looking forward to supporting the new brand,” said Robert Marshall. “As the legacy and reputation of these engines will be integrated into the new corporate identity this promises to create an even stronger leading global player in the powertrain sector. The name may have changed, but we will continue to offer current and would-be partners across diverse sectors a comprehensive line-up of high-specification engines and total solutions that satisfy the ever-stricter global environmental regulations.”

As well as being the official distributor for Hyundai Industrial Engines, Marshall's Industrial also supplies customers across many sectors with Volkswagen industrial engine spares and IMPCO Gaseous fuel systems.
