Executive Hire Show returns for its 19th year
The Executive Hire Show 2026 will return to the CBS Arena, Coventry, on 11–12 February, marking the 19th edition of the UK’s most established exhibition for the hire sector. Following a record-breaking year in 2025, which saw 2,098 hire professionals through the doors – the highest visitor count in the show’s history – the 2026 event is already 90% sold, with only a handful of stands remaining for companies looking to be part of this industry-defining gathering.
For almost two decades, the Executive Hire Show has been where the hire community starts its year. It’s where hirers meet new suppliers, see the latest product innovations, and take advantage of exclusive show-only deals. The atmosphere is one of energy and purpose, as suppliers and manufacturers sign contracts, showcase innovation, and strengthen relationships that will shape the year ahead.
Research from the 2025 event once again confirmed the value of the show to both visitors and exhibitors. Eighty-five percent of visitors attended intending to buy new products, while 81% said the Executive Hire Show provides access to suppliers not seen anywhere else. Exhibitors echoed that confidence, with 81% confirming that the event consistently puts them in front of highly relevant, decision-making buyers.
The 2026 floorplan is already a “pleasing shade of blue,” representing the high number of confirmed exhibitors, while the few remaining stands are in active negotiation. Returning names include JCB, Kubota, Hilti, Husqvarna, Prolectric, and Stephill Generators, alongside other industry leaders such as Armorgard, Niftylift, Thwaites, and Western Global.
They’ll be joined by a strong list of new exhibitors making their Executive Hire Show debut, including Himoinsa Power Solutions, LGMG Machinery UK, Fuelco, TOOLPAK, and SHS Handling Solutions. Other new signings include Build Concierge, Norton Clipper, Access Platform Sales, Prop Pal, and TIMCO – while returning favourites such as Indespension and Ifor Williams are once again confirmed for 2026.
The mix of exhibitors reflects the event’s strength in covering every aspect of the hire and construction supply chain – from plant, tools, and lighting to handling, power, and digital systems. This breadth continues to make the show an unmissable event for hirers seeking quality connections and exclusive commercial opportunities.
Chris Moore, Publishing and Event Director, said: “The Executive Hire Show continues to prove its value to the hire community – it’s where serious business happens. The 2025 event delivered record visitor numbers and exceptional demand for exhibition space, and that momentum has carried straight into 2026. With 90% of the floor plan already sold, the Show remains the place where passionate hirers and innovative suppliers connect to start the year the right way.”
As momentum builds for February, the Executive Hire Roadshow – Scotland will return on 29 October 2025, once again hosted at the Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort. The roadshow will feature 13 leading manufacturers and suppliers, including Shindaiwa, Hire Supply Company, Seddon, Duro, and Trelawny, offering an informal yet productive environment for hirers to meet suppliers and take advantage of “unique, show-only deals” ahead of the main event.
The build-up continues with the Executive Hire Show Kick-Off Meeting on Thursday 6 November 2025 at the CBS Arena. With Belle leading the 2026 National Visitor Campaign and 20 new customers already booked, the meeting will bring together exhibitors, suppliers, and industry leaders to share insights, set objectives, and prepare for another strong year for the hire sector.
Now firmly established as the UK’s meeting place for passionate hirers and innovative suppliers, the Executive Hire Show continues to provide the perfect platform to start the year right – combining product discovery, networking, and commercial opportunity all under one roof.
