Finning launches Cat® Credits in the UK

Finning has become the first Caterpillar® dealer in Europe to launch Cat Credits - a voucher-based incentive program designed to reward and support customers with credits that can be redeemed against parts, merchandise and maintenance.

Finning UK & Ireland, the world’s largest dealer of Cat® machines, engines, equipment, and power solutions will be offering UK-based customers the chance to collect Cat Credits.

Finning customers can earn Cat Credits when taking part in qualifying Cat Credit programmes, as well as through the company’s new Services Commitment, launching on 2nd February 2026.

Cat Credits can be redeemed against the purchase of parts and services – such as repairs or maintenance, or parts purchased online and can only be accrued and redeemed in the UK through Finning.

Kathryn Palmer, Service Direct Manager at Finning, explained: “At Finning we work very closely with our customers and are constantly looking for ways to make owning and operating Cat products even more beneficial. This year we are proud to be the first Caterpillar dealer in Europe to be offering Cat Credits to our customers, which we believe will make a practical, positive impact to new and existing customers looking to enhance their day-to-day operations.

“At Finning we know the cost of running heavy machinery and power generation in all sectors, and this scheme is our way of ensuring that we are giving back to our customers by helping them to reduce operational costs and ensure their fleet is running as efficiently and productively as possible. If machines and engines are well maintained, serviced and run on genuine parts they ensure the longevity, productivity and sustainability of a business.”

Through Finning, Caterpillar has had a significant impact on the UK industry over the past 100 years, supplying equipment that supports multiple sectors including construction, quarrying and power generation. The launch of this latest scheme is designed to continue this legacy of innovation, expertise and service.

“At Finning we’re dedicated to offering the right technology, continual innovation and customer support to ensure our customers from all industries and applications receive the very best from their equipment," added Kathryn.

Customers will be notified of any Cat Credits applied to their account and will be able to access and monitor their balance through the My Cat Financial customer portal.
