Invertase offers services to construction industry

Invertase, a UK-based software consultancy, is seeking new clients in the construction sector wishing to implement Google Cloud and AI to improve their operations. As well as offering an IT consultancy service including system debugging, Invertase says it can also create tailor-made tools to support business needs, and offers mobile and web application development.

Demonstrating the potential of Google Cloud in construction, last year industry partner Travis Perkins received the 2023 Google Cloud Customer of the Year Award, Cross Industry for using a data-driven approach to improve fleet efficiency and reduce carbon emissions for deliveries to customers. The award recognised how Travis Perkins successfully delivered a project that enabled employees across the Group to access trusted carbon and efficiency insights.

As a result of the project, Branch Managers at Travis Perkins receive personalised reports with data showing opportunities for boosting delivery efficiency and cutting emissions. Ultimately, this means deliveries are transferred to branches that are closer to customer sites.
