JCB launches new online parts ordering platform

JCB has launched a new website to help customers order genuine parts quickly and conveniently - keeping machines working optimally and minimising costly downtime.

The new JCB Parts Online platform is now live at https://parts.jcb.com/uk, providing customers across the construction, agriculture, demolition, waste and recycling, industrial and rental sectors with anytime access to genuine JCB components backed by the company’s trusted global dealer network.

From construction sites and farms to waste transfer stations and demolition projects, machine uptime is critical to productivity. When a part needs replacing, availability and compatibility are essential to keep operations moving.

JCB Parts and Attachments General Manager - Product and Marketing, Tania Tams, said: “We know how crucial uptime is for our customers. JCB Parts Online has been created to make sourcing genuine parts more convenient. The platform offers components from across the full JCB equipment range, accessed exactly when and where customers need them. Ordered direct they are supplied and supported by the local dealers that our customers know they can depend on.

“Choosing JCB is an investment in cutting-edge, innovative technology. Our machines are designed as complete systems and genuine parts ensure every element works together exactly as manufacturer intended. While non-genuine alternatives may appear attractive, they do not meet the same standards of fit, durability or testing. This can affect performance, reduce reliability, increase wear and potentially compromise warranty protection and long-term machine value.”

JCB Parts Online has been designed around convenience and efficiency – placing orders out of hours, securing parts quickly and having them delivered wherever customers need.. From launch, more than 1,200 of the most frequently demanded part numbers are available to UK customers, with this range set to grow rapidly throughout 2026.

Customers can search using serial numbers or specific part numbers to confirm the correct component for their machine. Parts identification is simple and customers can order anytime, from any device.

Orders are fulfilled by JCB’s existing dealer network, ensuring expert support remains central to the process. Fast, accurate picking and dispatch ensures parts move quickly from order to delivery.

Click and collect can be arranged from a local dealer depot or parts can be delivered direct to the customer’s door. There are same and next day collection options or standard and next day delivery.

Any customer looking to purchase genuine JCB parts can register for an account and order instantly. It is simple to find a local dealer for advice, pay securely online (by card or via a dealer credit account) and track orders once placed. Customers can also speak to real people through JCB’s dedicated UK call centre for advice and support.

To maintain optimum performance JCB machines need genuine parts. Having direct access through a single platform brings welcome simplicity. JCB Parts Online covers the key categories that keep machines operating at peak efficiency, including:

  • Powertrain parts
  • Electrical and lighting systems
  • Chassis and undercarriage components
  • Ground engaging tools
  • Cab and body parts
  • Lubricants and service fluids
  • Filters

The launch of JCB Parts Online reflects the evolving needs of modern businesses, allowing customers to work the way they wish. Genuine JCB parts can now be ordered at a time that suits the customer, from any device, while still benefiting from fulfilment through a trusted local dealer and maintaining access to technical support.

By combining digital convenience, trusted expertise and genuine quality, JCB is playing its part to keep customers working productively throughout the year.
