Ken Pink Plant Hire opts for red & grey Takeuchi’s

Established some 26 years ago, Ken Pink Plant Hire is a diverse company, operating in such sectors as quarrying, civil engineering and plant hire, either with fully trained operators supplied or on a self-drive basis. The company currently runs an impressive fleet of over 80 machines, which range from 3 ton mini excavators up to 35 ton excavators and articulated dumptrucks. The recent addition of two TB250 Takeuchi 5 ton models, was highly influenced by their experience with an earlier used 2.5 ton model as plant manager Mark Roberts explained.  “Takeuchi is a good tried and tested brand. We had previously purchased a used TB125, which was excellent for our business.  The combination of the good all round features of the TB250 and with immediate delivery available, we had no hesitation in choosing the Takeuchi’s from CBL” img_1037 Pictured in the photo are, Ken Pink Plant Hire’s plant manager Mark Roberts (right) and CBL plant salesman Steve Ruddell (Left) at the handover of the machines. The 5 tonne Takeuchi TB250 replaced the outgoing,  but highly popular TB145 in 2010, and was one of the star attractions at the last Bauma trade fair 3 years ago, where it was displayed with the a variety of attachments as well as a Powertilt unit. 385 Takeuchi TB250 specification round up.
