Lana Gains Her Backhoe Loader Ticket
Lana along with Hannah Faulkner recently underwent a week’s intensive training with the team at the Staffordshire Operator Training Centre, with a goal to achieving tier CPCS backhoe loader tickets.
Although not so fashionable as they once used to be, the backhoe loader, in the right hands is still such a versatile and multi-functional piece of kit to have on any fleet of equipment, a machine that can turn its hand to a wide range of tasks only limited by a driver’s ability and imagination.
The biggest problem I hear from company’s I visit, is its no longer easy to find skilled operators to run a backhoe, so its great to see more people getting trained up for them.
After completing the course Lana’s advice was, “Get yourself trained on these backhoes and get yourself out there”. Some sound advice if ever I heard it!
