Lynch opens its doors for SITECH technology training event
The event demonstrated the productivity, efficiency and safety benefits advanced construction technology offers. Attendees were given the chance to get hands-on experience using the technology and were able to find out about training available from SITECH experts to enhance operator skills and knowledge.
The event took place on the 15th – 16th April at Lynch’s award-winning training school in Cambridgeshire. The event saw SITECH work with long-standing customer Lynch, who utilise advanced Trimble® technology across their machines to optimise their operations.
Carl Parsons, Strategic Account Manager at SITECH UK & Ireland said: “We are pleased to have been able to work with Lynch and offer our customers the chance to experience the benefits of the machine control systems, site positioning systems and construction site software that we provide.
“As the construction industry continues to face recruitment and training challenges it is essential that business owners and operators get access to the latest technology that will not only maximise their operations but equip them for the ongoing digital revolution within the industry.
“As long-standing customers of SITECH, Lynch have numerous Cat machines that are fully integrated with Trimble technology. Customers that attended the event were able to get hands-on with a Cat® D3 dozer and Cat 320 excavator fitted-out with Trimble® Earthworks – a performance enhancing machine control platform used to optimise performance across a variety of construction projects.
“Allowing customers the opportunity to experience benefits of this advanced technology first-hand was the highlight of the event. We think the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the benefits of our products with experts is highly valuable for our customers and we enjoyed examining how our customised solutions can revolutionise businesses long term, and how our bespoke hire and purchase packages cater to construction projects of all scales.”
