MB Crusher have highlighted two end use cases for their state-of-the-art attachements, in very different destinations.
They claim that on medium and large infrastructure projects, summer is a challenging time thanks to logistical difficulties, weekend truck traffic bans, strict environmental regulations, increasingly tight schedules, and shrinking profit margins. However, according to the firm, those that invested in an MB Crusher hydraulic attachment to recycle waste material are now reaping the benefits.

Destination: India, A Six-Lane Round Trip
On the six lane Kacchi Dargah–Bidupur bridge, a road construction company is demolishing part of a structure and managing the resulting debris. On site, an MB Crusher bucket BF90.3, mounted on a TATA Hitachi EX215 excavator, turns the demolition material into reusable aggregate.
The method is straightforward, like packing a good suitcase: with the crusher bucket, demolished concrete is crushed directly on site, reducing blocks of approximately 250 mm down to a 60 mm output size, ready to be reused in the project's ongoing works. The material is put back to use without ever leaving the site, fewer trips, less logistics, fewer costs.

Destination: Australia, Keeping Concrete on Track
Near Melbourne, Austrak Management & Consulting Pty Ltd developed the Somerton Business Park, a major logistics hub extending for more than one kilometre, with direct connections to the region's main highways and airports.
Material generated from excavation and concrete demolition was processed directly on site using an MB Crusher BF120.4 crusher bucket mounted on the excavator already working on the project. The recycled material was then reused to build internal roads and infrastructure throughout the development.
By eliminating the need to transport material off site, the company reduced logistics and disposal costs while ensuring continuous operations and dramatically minimizing downtime. The result was a more efficient jobsite with a significantly lower environmental impact.
