New shaft screeners from MB Crusher

MB Crusher has launched two new shaft screeners for mini- and midi-excavators called the MB-HDS207 and the MB-HDS212. Their maker says they were created to simplify tasks on all job sites. For example, tasks like aerating packed soil when preparing a garden. Or if you need to recycle and separate dirt from demolition debris, stones, or roots; or screening materials to cover pipes and trenches.

The MB-HDS207 weighs 98kg and is compatible with a mini-excavator with operating weight from 1.3 to 2.8 tons. The MB-HDS212 weighs 480kg and can be installed on midi-excavators and backhoe loaders between 8 and 9 tons, and skid loaders from 4 to 5 tons. The attachments are designed and created for the gardening, landscaping, and urban construction industries. Thanks to the coupler connection being lower than the rest of the unit, MB Crusher says you get more control during the loading and processing phases making it easier to get the job done. Not only that, but the buckets’ shape increases productivity.

Maintenance is simple – greasing is centralised and can take place at the job site. The shaft screeners have a sealed cover designed to withstand long-term use but also to shield the internal parts of the machine from materials such as dirt and sand. The same cover protects the bolts and side casings, guaranteeing minimal downtime and the ability to continually work.

Similar to MB Crusher’s other HDS models, the new units have shafts that are easily replaced on the job site. You can also install a capacity increase kit to the MB-HDS207, increasing the unit’s load capacity from 50L to 60L. The MB-HDS212 is also compatible with skid-steers.
