RICO Europe launches mobile-optimised Part Finder and Cross Reference tools

RICO Europe has launched upgraded versions of its online Part Finder and Cross Reference tools, introducing a fully mobile-optimised experience designed to make identifying and ordering parts faster and easier across desktop, tablet and smartphone devices.

The updates bring a cleaner interface, improved search performance and clearer product information, while keeping the same functionality customers already rely on.

With the new responsive design, users can now search for parts and place orders wherever they are working, whether in the office, the workshop or out on site.

RICO Europe’s Cross Reference tool has been refreshed with a clearer layout and faster performance, making it easier to identify equivalent parts quickly.

Search results now present key information at a glance, including the RICO part reference, product description, the original searched brand reference, product imagery, stock availability and pricing. Users can move directly from search results to the product page or add items straight to their cart.

Live stock indicators provide instant visibility of availability, showing whether items are in stock or available to order with a lead time.

Pricing has also been updated to improve clarity. Retail customers will now see prices including VAT, while business-to-business and account customers will continue to see pricing displayed excluding VAT.

Existing search functionality remains unchanged, including Single Search, Multi Search and CSV upload options for bulk cross-referencing Part for account customers.

RICO Europe has also upgraded its Part Finder tool, offering a faster and more streamlined way to locate parts for specific machines.

An improved results layout and tabbed navigation allow users to quickly move between filters, service kits, lubricants and machine or engine components where available.

“Add to Fleet” feature still allows customers to save machines under “My Machines”, helping them manage equipment more efficiently. Users can track service schedules, organise machines and receive email reminders when maintenance is due.

Machine-specific application guides can also now be downloaded directly from the platform using the download icon, providing a complete overview of available filters, service kits and related components with direct product links for quick reordering.

Commenting on the launch, a spokesperson for RICO Europe said: "Many of our customers need access to parts information while they’re working on machines, not just when they’re sat at a desk. These upgrades make it much easier to find the right parts quickly, whether you’re in the workshop, visiting customers or working out on site."

The upgraded Part Finder and Cross Reference tools are now available through the RICO Europe website.
