Vast Array of Products from XCMG at ConExpo-Con/Agg
Which ever way you look at it, XCMG who were founded in 1989, are one of the largest manufacturers of construction machinery in the world, not only are they 1st in the Chinese market, but they are also ranked 3rd in the world, nestling in behind Komatsu and Caterpillar in 2nd and 1st respectively.
According to KHL’s highly respected International Construction Yellow Table, XCMG has enjoyed a strong rise up the chart in recent years, and had sales of US$18.1 billion in 2021.
The ConExpo booth covered some 3,901.9 square meters of floor space and as previously mentioned featured 50 machines from 9 different product categories, according to a stand spokesman every item on display at the booth was sold and would be making their way to North American customers direct from the showground
There was plenty to see from compact mini excavators, to pavers and motor graders, right up to a 95-tonne class excavator and matching ADT.
As is often the case with the Chinese manufacturers there was also a variety of operator challenge style competitions to win a wide range of gifts, with no end of competitors who were up for the challenge.
