Venieri Takes to the Beach

The Venieri 8. 23G for example, which tips the scales at 8.490kgs, is powered by a Stage V emissions compliant 4-cylinder Deutz diesel engine which offers a power output rating of 78kw (106hp) @2300 rpm and has a rated bucket capacity of 1.1 – 1.4m3.

Typically, Italian in styling this machine, features a Bosch-Rexroth hydrostatic transmission enabling a top road speed of 40 km/h, enabling rapid mobility between jobsites, in addition the machine is articulated with a 70o turning angle, and an outer bucket turning radius of 5.475mm, making it extremely versatile on tight job sites and when negotiating narrow streets.

Those operators who still prefer the rear mounted stick controls for the backhoe, will be delighted to hear that it’s the standard fitment on these machines and you can switch between ISO or SAE style of operation to suit your personal preference. In addition the entire backhoe can be dropped off to allow fitment of other rear mounted attachments if required.

These machines and others in the Venieri range, are now available in the UK from Devon based dealers Conagri and I’m hoping to get a look at one soon.

In the meantime, checkout this nice video from Venieri which features an 8.23G on beach cleaning duties, it features some really nice Italian street footage too.
