Wacker Neuson at Bauma 2022

Under the motto ‘Meet the Future’, Wacker Neuson presents itself in Bauma 2022 at booth FN.915 along with the affiliated brand Kramer with a focus on electrification and digitisation. Bauma 2022 takes place at the Trade Fair Center Messe München in Germany from October 24th to 30th.

With solutions from the zero-emission series, entire construction sites, for example inner-city areas, can now be carried out without direct exhaust gas emissions. At Bauma, Wacker Neuson will presents an extension of the zero-emission range and show that the switch to E-machines can be attractive and uncomplicated for customers. Another focus is on digital solutions, which make day-to-day work more efficient and easier to manage.

EW100 wheeled excavators
The Wacker Neuson EW100 wheeled excavator is unique in its class and sets new benchmarks, reckons its maker. The construction site 4.0 was in focus while developing the machine: An intelligent Attachment Management with tool recognition, a well thought-out Human-Machine-Interface and the preparation for diverse assistance systems and interfaces are just a few examples. Operator friendliness and efficiency were in focus during development, meaning work can also be completed using the powerful drive hydraulics and high basic work performance of the EW100, for which a 14-ton excavator would have to be used otherwise.

EquipCare Pro
With the cloud-based software solution EquipCare Pro, Wacker Neuson makes it possible for its customers to manage, plan and evaluate all machines, equipment and bulk materials regardless of the manufacturer or brand and thus increase the productivity of their machinery.

Besides the advantages of Wacker Neuson's popular telematics solution EquipCare, such as real-time information about operating hours or the machine’s location, fleet management and management of maintenance and inspection dates, using the EquipCare Pro customers can now plan the use of equipment and personnel in one system, managing everything used on a construction site – whether excavators, the car fleet, construction fences and much more.

ConcreTec
The new assistance system for concrete consolidation by Wacker Neuson makes it possible to consolidate precast concrete parts easily, transparently and reproducibly as to quality. The data-based assistance system provides the system operator with information on the consolidation process and real time information related to the progress of consolidation. The operator can monitor the entire consolidation process using the assistance system, can take corrective action if required and end the consolidation process properly.

Visitors to the trade fair can look forward to many more innovations from Wacker Neuson. A new model of the innovative Dual View Dumper with rotating seat and control panel is also being introduced at the trade fair, among other things.
