Extreme digger dancing

From time to time some great photos arrive in my inbox that really don’t need any words to support them; the following shot is one of those!

This shot arrived last week while I was away in Malaga from a reader who prefers to remain anonymous. I have no idea where this shot was taken or quite what the idea behind this demonstration is, but it’s a clever display of the flexibility of a hydraulic excavator. Having said that if you were caught doing this on a UK site these days, one suspects the H&S police would be coming down on you like a ton of bricks!

The guys in this shot which features Cat and Hitachi excavators clearly know what they are up to and a quick look at the work on the batter behind them confirms that.
