Honest Reviews from an Owner Operator

I’ve recently been checking out the You Tube channel of owner operator and contractor Ollie Gunns, and thought it would be of interest to many of you here on the Digger Man Blog.

I’ve never met the guy in person, but I have followed Ollie Gunns on Twitter and Instagram for some considerable time now and always found him to be an interesting chap. His business Gunns Contractors Ltd, is based in Fleet, North Hampshire, and he provides operated plant to a wide range of customers including commercial & private clients, landowners and self-builders in and around the Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire area.

Ollie is now putting a lot of effort into his You Tube account and according to a recent Instagram post, he has some very big plans for it this year.

I especially like his machinery reviews, which are honest and no holds barred, he just tells it how it is from an operator’s perspective.

There is also plenty of humour and a bit of sarcasm thrown into the mix too, which makes for enjoyable viewing.  

In this video the well-spoken and knowledgeable Ollie, gives us his thoughts on Kubota’s U10-3 micro digger, including his likes and dislikes of the model and compares it to other comparative machines in this weight class.
