Huddig Hybrid Technology that will be the Tigon

One of the star attractions at next month’s MaskinExpo 2015 show in Stockholm, looks set to be a new Hybrid backhoe loader from Swedish manufacturer Huddig. The latest innovation from Huddig features what it calls Tigon Technology, which the company says will be a revolution within the construction machinery market, making it possible to achieve up to 30% greater output than the diesel engine alone is able to produce. Full hybrid technology, which combines diesel and electric power, generates and regenerates energy in a way that has never before been possible for construction machinery. According to Huddig the technology produces higher efficiency and improved performance, resulting in lower fuel consumption, greater output, higher torque, a quieter machine and a more environmentally friendly working method.
