Hyundai backhoe loader anyone?

That once backbone of any British site the backhoe loader continues to slip out of favour on many UK jobsites, but there is and always will be a place for these versatile machines and one has to wonder if we will see Hyundai enter the fray with one of its versions anytime soon.

There can be no denying that Korean giant Hyundai has made massive strides into the UK market with its ranges of excavators and wheeled loaders. The Dash-9A excavators in particular have been very well received and the new HX range looks to have taken that popularity to the next level. The company has also been making their own backhoe loaders models for some time now which are marketed in other parts of the world. The machines which include the H930C and H940C models are powered by a Perkins 1104C-44T engine rated at 87hp (65kw) and 95hp (71kw) @2200rpm respectively. These engines are currently only Stage II emissions compliant so upgraded engines would be required for the European market. But I must say, the styling and cab interior looks very impressive to me. 17582-5175999
