Having recently been kindly invited on to the BuildWitt Dirt Talk podcast, it’s definitely reignited my interest in what Aaron Witt is doing with his organization.

There is no doubt about it, the construction & heavy equipment media world is an ever-changing animal, and businesses and manufacturers alike are looking closely at the way they promote and advertise their services and products.

In addition to the more traditional, tried and tested formats available, many are increasingly turning to online media to support their marketing campaigns.

In the USA BuildWitt, is at the forefront of this new media revolution, and from the humble beginnings of one young man and his camera, Aaron has now progressed on to employ a talented team of individuals who can create epic promotional videos and supporting material worthy of a Spielberg movie!

But behind it all is Aaron’s enthusiasm to tell the real story of the “Dirt World” and those people working at the “coal face” on a daily basis and ultimately to inspire more young blood to take up a career in the heavy equipment sector.

In many ways I see striking familiarities in what my industry colleagues, Mark and Freddie Anthony, Peter Haddock and myself are doing here in the UK with our Construction Collective offering. There are exciting times ahead on the media scene and we aim to be at the forefront of it.
