Veteran kit to return to MaskinExpo 2015

Rumour has it that a large gathering of vintage construction equipment will be returning to the MaskinExpo show in Stockholm, Sweden this coming May.

MaskinExpo takes place once more at its venue for the past 3 years, the Stoxa Stockholm Outdoor Exhibition Area close to Arlanda Airport from 28^th – 30^th May 2015. The show currently has 370 exhibitors lined up to attend who will be showing off their latest products. But by contrast a popular feature at MaskinExpo is the working demonstrations of vintage construction machinery by local machinery clubs and contractors who have preserved many old machines for future generations to see.

Of course we all love to see the latest modern machinery innovations, but many of us still enjoy seeing the old kit being put to work and this show is excellent if you enjoy a trip down memory lane to go with your modern machinery experience.

This video from our Swedish friend Alexander Lipkin shows a British built Priestman cable excavator being put to work at the 2010 MaskinExpo event.
