Another Sany distributor joins the party

TDL Equipment based in Tankersley, South Yorkshire have been appointed by Sany Germany GmbH to sell the Sany range of excavators in the Great Britain.

Details are somewhat sketchy but we are told TDL Equipment will cover distribution in England, Scotland and Wales (Excluding Ireland) providing sales and support for the following models which are currently available in the UK. SY75C, which readers might recall we test drove in the October edition of Earthmovers Magazine, SY135C, SY215C, SY235C and SY335C, which range in size from 7.5 tonne to 37 tonnes.

Commenting on the appointment announced today TDL Equipment’s Managing Director Cameron Watson said “We are delighted to add a range of tracked excavators from one of the world’s largest manufacturers of construction equipment to complement our existing portfolio.”

It will be interesting to see how this develops over the coming year as more Chinese companies look to enter the well performing UK market with their extremely competitive machines, which are all using well proven, tried and tested major components.
