Birthday boy celebrates with yellow iron

We have featured John on the blog on numerous occasions over the years where we have witnessed his skill’s operating one of his dad’s Takeuchi or Bobcat excavators which he has been operating since a young age in the old time honoured way. John likes to keep abreast of the latest machines on the market and after starting the day with a proper working mans full English breakfast, he was clearly delighted to be able to take a good look at JCB’s new Hydradig model in dealers Greenshields JCB’s yard in Farnham. john-1 Having checked out the Hydradig John turned his attention to the JCB 3CX Compact backhoe loader, but not before a visit to parts sales shop to snatch a couple of models for his ever expanding collection which currently stands at around 50-60 individual models, some of which have been handed down from when his father Neil was a youngster! john-2 I’m sure you will all join with me in wishing John “Digger” Grainger a very Happy Birthday! 14881533_10207484555338360_1368314687_o Have a good one John all the best from the Digger Man Blog.
