Dirt Ninja goes high tech with Trimble Earthworks and Engcon

The Dirt Ninja is another one of the plant and machinery social media circuit’s superstars, with his You Tube channel alone attracting over 40, 000 subscribers and he is well known for his machinery related videos, especially of the in-cab variety. Tom is part owner of Manchester, New Hampshire based business New Era Excavation and often documents his work on the internet, which is great publicity for the business in general. Tom’s Trimble Earthworks and Engcon EC226 tiltrotator combination is proving to be a fantastic addition to his 20-tonne class John Deere 200LC hydraulic excavator. In the following video we see Tom grading out a garage floor with a 1% pitch. Talking about his set up Tom said, “Using the Trimble and Engcon systems together is totally unreal, it really speeds up our work leaving almost no hand work to be done, its incredible!” Check out the video to see for yourselves.
