Gem appointed distributor for Cast Loaders and Worky-Quads

Gem Plant Sales Ltd based in Ashford, Kent has been appointed a distributor for Cast Loaders and Worky-Quads, covering London (south of the River Thames), Kent, East and West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. Cast Loaders and Worky-Quads are two comprehensive ranges of compact handling equipment, manufactured by Cast Group in Italy. The range includes petrol, diesel and battery powered units, with different hydraulic flow rates to suit the required tool, along with hydrostatic drive.

The Cast 33T Loader with telescopic boom is powered by a Kubota D1305 30bhp engine. Standard features include hydrostatic 4-wheel drive, 10 function joystick controls and electric diff lock. Within its product range, Cast Loaders also has the Zero Emission Model 800 Eco which is battery powered, 4-wheel hydrostatic drive, complete with telescopic boom. There is an extensive choice of 140 different attachments available including buckets, forks, frames, bale clamps, mowing decks, flails, mulchers, timber grabs and pot grabs available for these machines.

Worky-Quads Mini-Loaders are compact skid-steers that can be operated by remote control if required. A range of attachments are available for these machines too, and power options include Honda petrol engines, a Kubota diesel engine and Zero Emission battery system. 

Cast was founded in 2009 as an extension to the Bugin family’s long-established group of manufacturing businesses. The company is based in Mirano, near Venice, in the heart of Italy’s industrial region.
