Hang on in there breaker

The photo depicts a John Deere 710D backhoe loader c/w hydraulic breaker, mounted on a frame and suspended from a P&H crane which is sat on a new bridge section. The machine is being used on a demolition job to knock down an old bridge support section. With the John Deere 710D weighing around 10,450kgs, this has potential disaster written all over it! I would have loved to have read the risk assessment for this operation. I thank the guy who sent this into me who wishes to remain anonymous. Can anyone top this for dangerous working conditions?
