Hawk Hire In Administration
Shropshire-based Hawk Plant and five of its subsidiary companies have gone into administration, with the initial loss of 83 jobs. Enverity, a ground survey and inspection subsidiary based in Newark is unaffected.
Hawk is one of the UK’s largest construction and agricultural equipment hire companies. It is thought that the recent collapse of Carillion was the main cause of the group’s difficulties.
